How can I talk to girls without getting that shakiness sound in my voice?

When ever I will talk to a girl I like it seems like I always have a shakiness tone to my voice then say something really stupid either that or don't really know what to talk about it's like I want to act myself when I talk to them i just get nervous and screw it up and then I make it seem awkward for the both of us or at least it feels that way to me... Help!!!! Btw talking face to face not over calling
