I'm 13 years old and my friends dog is having puppies. She said if I wanted I can have a free one. Its a yellow lab retriever. I've always loved dogs and I know how to take care of them. I never personally had one but I've staid the night at friends houses and helped potty train there dogs. I've helped my friends pick up their poop in the back yard. I walk their dogs all the time. I feel I'm mature enough to take on a puppy but my dad doesn't think so. What can I do?
how can I talk my dad into letting me get a dog?
