How can I take pre medicine courses if I have already graduated?

I graduated a year ago from a UC with a degree in anthropology. Now I want to be a doctor. I need to take the pre med courses at a 4 yr college in order to stand a chance. Does anyone know how I can take these courses? I've been looking into it, and it seems that these courses are mainly reserved for undergrad students.
