How can I take my daughters passport photo?

She is 8 weeks old, and my partner would like to visit her family in Poland for Easter, so my daughter needs a passport. We've tried the booths, but no luck, and at £4 a time it's getting expensive! Is there anywhere I can get it done or a program to resize a photo to the correct size?
 
If you have a 'CLICK' photography shop, or a 'Jessops', then you can take them into there. They will take the photos for you and print them to passport standards.

I did this when my youngest was 14 months. And you will get more than 4 photos, as you do get from passport booths.
