I get Urinary tract infections basically if I do ANY of the list of things that may cause them. This time I think I either got one from some lube or my boyfriends finger which would be ridiculous. The thing is when I get them the thing that gives me the quick release is sitting in the tub so if I already have one thats usualy what I do if it hurts to bad. Although I get them a lot and generally know when I'm getting them lately I'm getting a little hypochandriac about it and assuming I have one every time it hurts. Moral of the story is there any way I can make a bath to ease the pain but one that WON'T give me a UTI if in fact I don't already have one?
How can I take a bath that won't cause a urinary tract infection?
