How can I systematically destroy Alltel?

I pay 60 some odd dollars a month for internet through Alltel, which is ridiculous in itself. It doesn't run as fast as I was told it would and when I called they gave a bunch of piss-poor excuses and tried telling me that my internet is fast. When she finally decided to do something about it and put me in contact with technical support, she instead dropped my call. In order to get rid of the "service" I would have to pay $200. I shouldn't have to pay $200 because Alltel is horrible. My advice is to never have anything to do with Alltel.

I did a speedtest online the other day and my internet is so slow it wouldn't even load!
 
Yeah, same with me.
It's so slooow, and when I reported my problems they'd give me crap excuses too.
&& then I told them to cancel the damn internet and then the person's like giving me some advertisements...telling me that if i pay a little more money it'll be even faster! Oh joy! ( yeah rite )

So, shes like...it'll cost you $200.00 to cancel your contract b'cuz you didnt complete your 2 years or something. Okaay...its so freekin slow!! I dont want 2 YEARS of this CR@P!
