How can I sync my Outlook and my Android Phone?

I would like to be able to sync my Outlook with my Android phone, and i dont know how. I would like to sync my contacts and my calendar between both devices. I know of the google calendar sync, and a way to export my contacts and then import them into the phone, but is there some free software than can do both of them, with one click or something like that?
