My moms boyfriend gave me his old phone when he got a new one and it worked for a while. But today it finally became unusable. Both the screens (LG Voyager) became blank/black. I still have my old phone(Juke) and since I cant use my 'new' one I wanted to switch back until I got another new phone. But the site is so confusing! I don't understand how to do it. I try to click 'activate phone' but it says to pick which plan I want.. i already have a plan on my moms account? how can I just easily switch phones? please help!! a walkthrough? or something? im so sad i cant use my phone I neeeed this; cant wait who knows how long for a new phone!!
How can I switch verizon phones without going to the store?
