How can I swallow a fairly small or medium capsule!?

Hi well I have troubles swallowing pills small pills are no problem but i swallow them with honey is this safe? Anyways I have a stoamch problem maybe too much gas or I suppose anyways I need to take plenty of medicine I got injection and a needle where they put a liquid medication it was kind of painful kind of mean YES injection and needle..s cause they couldn't really find my vein anyways yes how can i swallow a capsule can i swallow it with honey..no powder or anything or opening whatsoever thank you but i am feeling better alhamdullillah
 
Ask your pharmacist if the medication has an alternative
syrup or something, and since you dont want to open
it or the medicine has to be swallowed whole either take
it with water or with food, but there are many other options
I dont like swallowing capsules either.
 
My sister had the same problem and some one told her to put the pill in her mouth with a lot of water them tip her head forward and swallow. Because most pills float, when you tip your head forward its closer to your throat, making it easier to go down. But for me it’s better if I just don’t think about how big they are. I hope one or a combination of the two will help.
