I was drunk as hell and driving home from the bar to pick up my daughter and it was raining. Out of nowhere i plow into some idiot chic riding a 10 speed bike. I got out to check the damage to my car and it was all scratched up. The dork on the bike was pretty messed up so i sped away. Problem is she got my plate and now im bein prosecuted. I want to countersue for the damage that her bike caused my car and emotional distress for my daughter having seen her run into my car(she is 9).
