school started like a month ago, and ever since last year i haven`t studied , i really cant get my self to focus more and pay attention,all that comes to my mind is distraction i look everywhere and my mind gets lost .when i try to study my brain cant hold it, i forget and get mad and last night i thought i was too tired then i slept at about 8:30pm and i woke up this morning and didn`t go to school cause of my sour throwth yah i need good stradagies to studie easy ones , i already tryed rewriting the information and it didn`t work i tryed to picture the page witch didn`t work and i also tryed rereading slowly again and again witch didn`t work help!the test is tomorrow both !help me
