ive had a problem where if i do to much like liftin/running ect ill pull my groin muscle... i strained it last night (little pain in stomach and was a little sensitive "down under" ),.. is there any way i can stretch that muscle out before work like any other muscle so i dont pull it?
also im 17 year old ( obviously i guy) and im overweight (ok im fat) ... AND i work at a grocery store where i have to bag/cashier .. so i have to bend a LOT and lift heavy stuff and push buggies in
