I'm 15 now, and ever since I lost my virginity, every time I have sex I always get a urinary tract/bladder infection. It gets worse when I do anal too. I heard that peeing before and after sex helps, so I tried that and it helps a bit. I think my mom is getting suspicious because I've gotten infections a lot. Whats a good way to help prevent it?
