How can I stop the Chat & Mobile Text box from coming up?

I am having a problem with the boxed message that keeps popping up DOZENS of times a day that scrolls my screen page down to the Chat & Mobile Text. The box that says You can chat with friends on Windows Live Messenger right from your Yahoo! Mail. Click Add Contacts to scan your addresses and invite these friends to chat. Add Contacts.
This box continuously interrupts what I am doing and is EXTREMELY annoying. How can I rid it of coming up?
