I been gong gym for about 3 months but only do cardio because thats all I know how to do don't know how to use the other machines. And havent seen much change casue didn't realise your supposed to do the upper and lower body stuff aswell, I want to try and mix it up with other things, for your upper and lower body. I don't know how to use the machine. I could get a gym programme for the gym intructor but there not always around always walking in and out . And don't know what to say . Might make a complete fool of myself
