i have my thoery test on monday and i am so nervous even now lol sad innit, if anyone has any ideas please help. I have been practising and doing well but am afraid i will fail just through to nerves!!!
-think about something different like a nice holiday and just relax
-buy a stress ball
-hit a punch bag really hard
-do something to take your mind off it, like for me i paint my nails or do my hair, it really works!
