We bought a nice condo in a perfect location. And there are some apartments that face to face to our house. And sine a Mexican family moved into the apartment. This place is never going to have a quite day. That family has four children, and they always playing around on our parking lot with their skateboard. Because they were marking a lot of noise, so we had told them to stay away from our house, and go some where else to play. And they had throwing rocking at our windows,and broken ours front yard also. So they are so naughty. And we really want to complain them, and hopefully can get them away from this area. They just keeping doing it, and no matter how many times you told them to stop!
How can i stop and where can i complain my neighbor?
