I live in a 4 storied flat, at the 3rd floor and my white car (covered with car cover) is kept just below our building which i can watch from my balcony clearly. Now since 3/4 days, someone is mischiviously scratching my car at various places with a razor blade or something like that. Perhaps its a statement to keep my car somewhere else. But we paid for that spot for the car. Now what can i do to capture this loser red handed ? There are 2 more cars here and they are getting the same treatment too. Please suggest what to do.
How can i stop an envieous neighbour scratch my car with a blade when i am not aware ?
