Im an athlete with a broken filangie. Its the part of your finger that keeps it straight. My doctor said no dancing, tumbling, sports, or swinging my arm around. I cant really do anything except excercise and stretch. I just started exercising today and ive had my cast on for about 2 weeks. ive gained pounds and im not happy about it. i love chocolate! I used to tumble, dance, play soccer like everyday so i was never fat. if i didnt exercise, i would be huge! im 11, so no pills. I CANNOT play sports or swing around my cast. I need help on diet and exercise routines. Dont tell me im too young to be worrying about this because im not growing up to have diabetes or be over-weight or have high blood pressure. just help me please. NO PILLS! Thanks
