Haven't exercised in a year or 2,
I eat fattening and bad foods, I never eat vegetables much really ever.
I don't drink pure water in a cup, I barely ever drink water.
I mostly sit ALL day playing video games or on the computer. Or playing electric guitar for an hour or 2.
I always wake up aching in horrible pains all over my body just from sleeping.
I have hypothyroid.
I have high metabolism.
I have periodontal disease.
I have slight (very little) asthma/bronchitis.
I can barely carry 60 pounds.
Please try to give me a SPECIFIC detailed routine of exercises I should do daily.
Oh and I'm lactose intolerant.
