How can I start an Internet sports radio station in Chicago?

I have this revolutionary idea that will totally transform the radio landscape. I'm going to hire a bunch of low-level producers and weekend hosts from local stations and launch an Internet-only sports radio station. I might get a stuttering boxer and former fire department official to help out, as well.

Does my idea sound good? What problems should I expect?
