We do not have a student-based high paper at my high school, and I am interested in starting one. But I don't know where to start. Who would I talk to? Counselling, ASB, the principle? Should I try to get sponsers to cover the cost of printing? Where/how would we print? Has anyone ever started a paper at their school that can give me their story or advise me?
