How can I start a babysitting business?

I am 15 years old, and I absolutely love kids. I have a lot of free time on my hands and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to start a business as to where I can get people to know my name and know where to reach me. And I already know about flyers and I have already tried that, but with no luck.
