I used to be an extremely fast runner. Over time, I have gotten a lot slower. I'm 15 years old and for lacrosse this year, I really want to be able to run fast. Typically, I run 2 miles every day. I'm a very good distance runner, however, I can't sprint as fast as I used to be able to..
How can I fix this?
