I don't have access to a gym or anything, so I can't use weights to train with. I have started training in sprint intervals about three or four times per week, so I would go all out for about 60 metres, stop, walk back, and take a break for about 3-4 minutes. I don't run 100 metres, because my endurance is poor. (after 40 or 50 metres, I can't run much longer).
What I am trying to say is whether the sprint intervals would be enough in making me sprint faster, or whether I need to think about doing something else with the sprint intervals? I don't have money to throw around, so I can't buy that much equipment, but running spikes are probably an exception! Will I see much better results if I find a hill to do my intervals on, whether it is that steep or not?
Puppy Pride, I don't want to do long distance, I hate to jog, but love to sprint! My goal is to sprint faster, not jog long distances, and I don't have money for expensive equipment.
