How can I smooth inked,hand drawn lines of a scanned sketch on photoshop?

I drew a sketch, inked it with a black artline pen and erased the pencil marks, then I scanned it.

When zoomed in in photoshop, the lines are uneven and rough.

How can I make it more even and smooth? I don't expect it to be as clean and smooth as line art done in illustrator but just smoother than it is.

How can I do this? What are the steps?
