How can I shrink a sports bra that's too big on me, but not too much?

I recently bought a new sports bra, but I was too lazy to try it on. It's a little too big, but not big enough to return. It's a champion sports bra, 95% nylon and 5% spandex. How can I shrink it without shrinking it too much?
