How can I show my appreciation to this woman that does spontaneous nice things for me?

This woman is not from the Philippines or from any other Asian country but she is from Europe (Balkins). She does nice things for me such as brings me coffee without me asking her to do so. She is somewhat nicer to me than she is normally I think. She acts nie to me in other ways such as insisting that I have (keep and don't give back) her iron for ironing my clothes. She insisted that she give me her pillows when I moved into my new apartment when I mentioned that I didn't have any and insisted that I have her blanket to keep warm at night.

I want to show her I appreciate her for being a nice person to me but I just don't know how. I don't want her to think that I am not greatful that she is nice to me. What is the best way to do this?
