How can I set TV system to PAL for nkp w50 c6005 Toyota Pioneer car stereo?

I bought a Toyota from someone. It has a nkp w50 c6005 stereo with navigation capability.
However, the TV flickers too much and I think its because we use PAL here in Kenya. Also, it does not have the Navigation CD.
How can I change the system to PAL, and where can I download the CD contents?
Please help. Thanks!!
