How can i send pictures from my computer to my LG rumor touch?

I have a little micro SD card, but i don't know how to transfer pictures.
And i tried sending pictures from my email to my phone but it didn't work.
helpppp?
 
i have mentioned this before on another post

unhook your phone from your pc if not allready
: goto usb auto detection
: set it to "modem mode"
: now hook your phone to your pc
: ignore anything that pops up.
: goto your tools on your phone and select "usb mass storage"
: then head over to your computer , now there should a removable drive
: Open that drive and locate your picture folder.. then simple add your photo's
