How can I send picture mail from my computer to a cellphone?

I don't have picture mail and I need to send my aunt a picture.
What are ways I can send it to her phone from my computer?
I know you can do it through email, but do I put the picture as an attachment? Or do I paste the picture in the message area?
Pixdrop.com keeps saying there is an error so that website is totally out.
