You can do this if you have a photobucket account. recently, they added a new application where you can send pictures to your phone!
however, it costs money to do so.
a. use an USB chord to hook up your phone to your computer and try and put it on your phone that way. lots of cel phones double as a storage device if you have a media chip in there. if your phone doesnt show up it might not be recognized by your computer so you need to have the CD
b. try to send a random media message to an email and see what the email address of your phone is. for example a tmobile phone email for my old phone was [email protected] (the numbers are your ph#).
