I want to transmit fm radio to my area, not full time, but 2-3 hrs daily. I am only going to send music over fm. My area is less then 1km, and as I know, I dont need a licence here.
Heres what I want to know:

>>How to set up mics so I can talk over FM?
>>what is a good softwear specialised for fm brodcasting, so I can brodcast FM.
>> What are the additional things I need?
