How can I send contacts FROM Nokia Ovi Suite installed on my computer TO my mobile?

I do know how to do it all ways around. From mobile to the soft, from the mobile to internet. But I have all the contacts in my computer but my mobile was erased completely and now I want to restore the contacts FROM my computer TO my mobile. Any help, please?
