It's a .jpg. I have a Motorola V190 phone. Connecting the USB cable to the phone prompts a software installation - but neither a manual search nor an automatic windows internet search for the software turns up anything; so it remains "uninstalled." I am unable to transfer data that way.
I've tried multiple sites that claim you can "upload and text a picture to your phone." It sent a text message...but no picture. I've tried emailing it to myself directly...it came as a text message with no picture. Suggestions?
