How can I sell a car I am financing from carmax?

I bought a jeep commander about a year ago. Now that I have to leave the U.S, I need to sell it. Carmax would buy it for its current value, and will ask me to pay the difference between the original value I bought it with and the current value (If the car was worth 20,000 and now 15,000 carmax will buy it for 15,000 but will ask me to pay 5,000 to close my finance).

How can I sell a car that I am financing, what options do I have in that matter?

Are there people at all who are willing to buy a loan (financing car) from another person?
