How can I see how many credit hours my Army Correspondences courses are worth?

I've got my Milper message and updated 600-8-19 to show my ACCP is good for promotion points but my certificates and online records don't show how many hours they are worth. How can my S-1 determine my points? One course I did said it was worth 10 and another worth 4. But after I complete the course I can not go back into it to pull that information up.

The old DA PAM 351-20 for these seems to have disappeared from face of the earth. That includes web and army .mil sites. I tried DA PAM 350-59 also and was no good. What can I show my S-1 for a reference. I fall under a reservist BN and they hardly know anything about active promotion system. I am in a small unit and in the only Active Company in my BN so I am pretty much on my own to figure this all out and get promoted. I've tried calling Branch managers and there phone rings endlessly. Help anyone?
With ALMS my credit hours do not show up and the ACCP does not show up on ATRRS. Only e-learning shows up there. I've read the 600-8-19 so I know how to do a 3355. What I need is some a Reg or Pam or cert with the hours. All I can print out is a completion certificate with my name and date.
