How can I see a doctor with no job, no money, and no health insurance?

I have been having a lot of minor (just meaning it doesn't hurt too bad) health problems for a few years now. My husband and I are both going to community college right now and are unemployed, living off of our student loans. We make more going to school full time than we would going to work so we don't have jobs. I have been having abdominal pains for a few years now and I'm pretty sure I have ovarian cysts and maybe something else on top of that (I've looked up my symptoms online and thats what it seems like.) We do not have enough money for me to see a doctor, we do not have health insurance and the pains are bad enough for be to go to an emergency room. Even if I did have a chance to go to an emergency room I can't afford to pay the bill afterwards. What can I do? The pain is driving me crazy, it always hits at the worst times (the pain comes and goes) and I am tired of hurting. Is there any way to see a doctor without having to spend a fortune and without having crazy medical debt?
