My CV boots are in great condtion on my 1993 Chrysler New Yorker 4 door sedan. However on one of the inner boots the band broke or slip off. Now the boot is hanging and grease is being lost. I was wondering....all I really need to do it secure the boot with some kind of band. I DO NOT want to buy the whole kit just because one band/clamp was lost. I have heard you can use ZAP Straps, but I don't even know what those are? Can other types of clamps like radiator clamps be used? Are clamps sold by themselves?
