I am trying SO hard to stick to my new health eating/diet plan. This includes adding more vegetables to my diet. I do NOT like veggies - never have. So, I bought a couple packs of frozen peas and carrots to feed random hunger pangs -- but what I need to know is how I can prepare and season them so that they taste yummy. Is there a way? Without adding any calories or fat, of course. Would love some suggestions. Also, if you have any of the same kind of suggestions for other veggies. Thanks!
