how can I say this is japanese conversation(like talking to a friend no ??)?

in the sheets that you gave me the other day, it says something like ???& ?????its the papers that are suposed to go to the ??????well in the part that is asking for the????, I wrote a letter before to your school which was asking almost the same thing of why I wanted to study in japan & stuff. I thought it had all the good reasons & everything why I wanted to study here so I dont know if I can just repeat & rewrite that on this sheet I have here or are you going to send the other one I wrote to you too to them?
