How can I save a picture I found online?

I am not that computer savvy and I know you may not be able to but I am hoping someone knows a way. I have a wallpaper program where you can upload pics saved on your drive (assuming they are larger in size as the program enlarges them to wallpaper). I can use ones I have uploaded from my camera or ones I find on the internet and am able to save. Usually saving ones from a site are not a problem. I made a file for one of my young nephews that I turn on when he comes up. He likes a couple wrestlers and has found pics on the wwe site he likes. The only way I know how to save a pic file is right click and save image as. When you right click on pics from their site what comes up is zoom in/show all/ quality etc..so you cant save it. All I can think of is that they did for copyright purposes or simply the way they save them. Assuming it is not copyright is there any other way to save that image than right click? When I try file and the options come up it gives the option to save the page but not image. Again, I am not sure if it is copyright or simply lack of computer knowledge. I can understand if it is copyright related but any picture I get off the internet is for use as wallpaper, not for sale or using on a website.
