If you have the standard yahoo toolbar click the Y button and it takes you to the yahoo homepage with the news and stuff, you'll see in the upper right "page options". click that. Set the page how you want under customize my yahoo.
If you're not seeing yahoo toolbar, right click your toolbars and look in the drop down menu, it may be unchecked. If so, just check it and then go to Y button on yahoo toolbar and page options.
