I have a GoGear SA2615 Mp3 Player and ive been using it for quite a year now. It worked fine 2 days ago until it suddenly turned off by itself. Since then, when i turn on the item everytime, it cant go passed the Philips logo and shuts down again. Everytime i plug the device into my pc, it wont show up in My Computer. I tried repairing it using Philips Device Manager, but it always end up telling me that the firmware update failed. im starting to lose hope.
