how can i rent a game from blockbuster?

i dont have a blockbuster card but i was wondering if my mom gave me her license to rent medal of honor could i just use that and 5$ or how ever much it costs or do i need her with me?
btw when i was 9 my mom gave me her license to get a movie and i rented constantine alone and its rated R
