How can I remove the smell of cigarettes from my car?

It's a 2003 stock Honda Element. It's also a pretty dirty car, there's a lot of trash and literal dirt in it as well. Basically, I smoked enough in the car that it has a faint smell of cigarettes. I believe that cleaning the car will be a good start, but are there any specialty products that I could buy that would help alleviate odors -- especially the tobacco smell?

Fabreeze works wonders. You have to do this several times to kill the odor but it does work. I bought a car not too long ago that had the same problem. you can't smell it anymore.
