HOW CAN I REMOVE THE "GHOST IMAGE" FOR MY AUTO GLASS LEFT BY A CONTACT PAPER...

..."FOR SALE" SIGN? The contact paper made a great sign that held up well, it easily removed. but now in certain light situations you can still perfectly see where the sign was. there is no residue and i have cleaned it inside and out. any thoughts
