How can I remove all traces of an iPhone jailbreak? MemStatus still shows "springboard"?

I have an iPhone 3GS (Purchased last summer). I jailbroke it just see if it was worth it, but then decided that I didn't want to cheat Apple or lose my warranty, and I like it just as much not-jailbroken. So i restored immediately. At first iTunes would not recognize it, but I restored again and now it works normally. Later, I updated to firmware 3.1.3. I was sure that all traces of the jailbreak were gone until I got the Memory Status app. Under "Running Processes" it has Phone, Media Player, etc. listed, but it also has a bunch of processes that I don't recognize including "Springboard". This got me worried that if my phone ever needs to be replaced, there is still evidence of a jailbreak. Can someone help me remove any trace that Apple might find? I don't want to remove it because my phone broke (it is working) but I in case it dies, I don't want Apple to think that I was using it jailbroken regularly. Thanks :)
