How can I remove a CDFS partition from a USB flash drive?

I recently received a Teclast CoolFlash 32GB USB flash drive. It comes with an antivirus program, called JIANGMING Antivirus, that I want to remove. However, the program is installed on a separate CDFS partition, keeping it safe from anything I've tried to do. Can anyone give me instructions to remove it? Many thanks in advance.

Note: I have already tried the HP Disk Utility...no effect

Use "Super Stick Recovery Tool V1.0.2.19" (UT161, UT163, UT165)
