How can I remember all the questions to ask a mortgage broker when I'm

inteviewing them by phone? I'm planning to buy my first home in a different state from where I'm currently living, and after reading a book that discusses all the details of finding the right mortgage broker and negotiating the details such as origination fees, processing fees and all kinds of other expenses that come into play I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. And since I'll be working with brokers I've never met or worked with before I'm not sure I'll be able to ask the right questions or know which broker to choose. Any advice would be appreciated
